N-末端脑钠肽前体在心力衰竭患者心功能分级中的应用
Application of NT-proBNP in cardiac function grading in patients with heart failure

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of nitrogen‐terminal pro‐brain natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP) in the cardiac function grading in patients with heart failure .Methods 105 cases of grade Ⅱ - Ⅳ chronic heart failure(CHF) in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan′an University from January to December 2013 were selected and at the same period 45 healthy people undergoing physical examination were selected as the control group .Serum NT‐proBNP levels and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were compared between the two groups .Results The mean serum NT‐proBNP level in the CHF group was 2 343 pg/mL ,which was significantly higher than 37 .21 pg/mL in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0 .01) ;serum NT‐proBNP level was significantly positively correlated with the NYHA classification(r= 0 .697 ,P< 0 .01) ,LVEF was significantly negatively correla‐ted with serum NT‐proBNP level(r= - 0 .573 ,P< 0 .01) .Conclusion Serum NT‐proBNP level is a sensitive indica‐tor of cardiac function status ,is positively correlated with the severity of heart failure ,and therefore can be used as an important indicator in the diagnosis and risk stratification .关键词
