颅内孤立性纤维瘤2例报告并文献复习

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the image,pathology,clinical features and surgical effect of intracranial solitary fibrous tumors(SFT),in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Method The clinical data of 2 patients with SFT proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results 2 patients received total resection of SFT and were followed up 3 years,and had good prognosis.There were 2 SFTs scanned by MRI.All of the 2 cases were isointense on T1 WI,and were mixed intensity on the T2 WI.2 cases showed heterogeneously intense enhancement.Immunohistochemical staining showed that CD34-positive,CD99-positive,vimentin-positive.Conclusion Intracranial SFT has some characteristics on MRI,yet final diagnosis should be based on histopathology and immunohistochemislry examinalions.关键词
