Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of circadian rhythm and chronic cerebral circulation insuffi-ciency (CCCl)in hypertensive patients.Methods 62 patients diagnosed CCCl and hypertensive were assigned CCCl group,while 60 hypertensive patients served as control group.Their ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and the la-boratory data were collected.Results The nocturnal systolic blood pressure (nSBP),nocturnal diastolic blood pres-sure (nDBP),and non -dipping blood pressure were significantly higher in CCCl group than those in control group(P=0.02,P =0.03,P =0.00).No relation was found between the other laboratory and clinic data.Conclusions The nSBP、nDBP and non-dipping blood pressure may play an important role in the development of CCCl in hypertensive patients.关键词
