Abstract
Objective To compare and observe the clinical applications of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonograph (TVCDU)in diagnosing cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP)and to investi-gate the clinical significance of MRI in CSP.Methods MRI and TVCDU were retrospectively reviewed in 35 patients with pathology proven cesarean scar pregnancy,statistical comparison of two kinds of checking the accuracy of the meth-od based on results.Results All results were according to image of MRI and TVCDU and confirmed by surgery and pathology.Fourteen of 20 patients were diagnosed CSP with TVCD,and the diagnostic accuracy was 70.0%.Six cases of CSP were misdiagnosed and missed.Thirteen of 15 patients were diagnosed CSP with MRI,including one case was diag-nosed the trophoblastic disease accuracy,one case was diagnosed as cervical pregnancy,the diagnostic accuracy was100%.Two groups contrast statistically significant in diagnostic accuracy(P <0.01).Conclusion MRI can provide important reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy.关键词
