辽宁省部分地区野生大豆资源遗传多样性分析
Genetic Similarity of Wild Soybeans from Different Origins in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Field surveys were conducted to define the distribution region of Liaoning wild soybeans,wild soy-beans resources were collected from three regions of Liaoning Province in the autumns 2013. The genetic di-versity was analyzed to 120 wild soybean germplasms from 3 regions in Liaoning province by using 20 pairs of SSR primers. The percentage of polymorphic loci was 100% and Shannonˊs information index was 1. 6517, showing that the genetic diversity of Liaoning wild soybean is very high. The Gst of 0. 1022 suggested that the main genetic variation of wild soybean resided internal populations. The 3 areas were divided into 2 major cat-egories and 12 sub-categories in clustering analysis,which showed that the genetic background of germplasm was correlated to its geographical distribution to some extent.关键词
