摘要

Abstract

The fluid-structure interaction and critical speed problems from the high speed development the multistage centrifu-gal pump of high power density fluid based on the fluid-structure equations of fluid flow and solid system,the grid division of flow field and boundary conditions were set by applying Ansys software,and the vibration test rig was set up.The calculation re-sults show that: the stress,strain and deformation of the head to the back of the impeller showed a increase trend,this accords with the actual situation of the stress distribution of multistage pump impeller,the fluid-structure interaction relative to gravity has played a more prominent role,it can be seen after the fluid-structure coupling rotor natural frequency is reduced,and the higher order lead to the greater drop,the spin softening effect on the first order bending vibration was small,and the influence of the two,three,four order gradually strengthen, and with increasing uniform speed, the bending vibration frequency uniform change.Through the experiment test and the simulation results had good consistency,which reflected the correctness of the sim-ulation data.
