腰椎间盘突出症患者自我管理行为与自我效能的相关性研究
Relevance Study of Self-management Behavior and Self-efficacy among Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between self-management behavior and self-efficacy among lumbar disc herniation (LDH) patients. Methods Self-management Behavior Measuring Scale and Chronic Disease Self-efficacy Scales were used to m easure the self-management behaviors and self-efficacy of 96 LDH patients. The data were analyzed with software SPSS version 16.0. Results In self-management behaviors of LDH patients, the average time for excises was 190.31 ±159.54 min/week; the average level of cognitive symptoms management practice and communication with physicians were 1.62 ±0.74 and 1.78±1.00 respectively; the average level of self-efficacy was 7.17±1.77. There was significant positive relationship between self-management behaviors and self-efficacy (P<0.01). Conclusion The self-management behavior among LDH patients needs to be improved and there is positive relationship between self-management behavior and self-efficacy.关键词
