摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the laboratory and clinical features of autoantibody negative patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods:The clinical and laboratory features parameters were compared between autoantibody nega-tive and posive group in 160 randomly selected RA patients. Results:1. The rates of autoantibody negative were 9.4%. The gender composition and average age of patients in three RA groups were no significantly differences. 2. The tender joint counts of patients in autoantibody negative group were less than other two groups(P<0.05). 3. For laboratory in-dexes, the autoantibody negative RA patients showed lower levels on IgM than other two groups(P<0.05). Conclu-sion:The autoantibody negative RA patients are not uncommon, and are more likely appear in RA patients who have tender joint counts and lower IgM levels.关键词
