摘要
Abstract
In order to adapt to the requirement of military training transformation in condition of informationization, according to the outlines and demand of naval military training and assessment, the paper explores the mechanism and meth⁃od of naval operational command training evaluation based on command information system. By analyzing the traning object, contents, characteristics and rules, it clarifies the basic principle and requirement of developing command counter⁃training, innovating the thought and framework built by training evaluation index system, and promoting the concrete measures of or⁃ganizing and implementing training evaluation, which providing guidance for advancing naval operational command counter⁃training based on command information system, and realizing objective and justice evaluation of training level and quality.关键词
