Abstract
Actions adopted by foreign great powers in satellite navigation to facilitate their development are analyzed from various aspects such as technologies ,application devel‐opment ,management and policies .Achievements on system construction and technology de‐velopment are also introduced .With these knowledges ,constructive measures to BD satellite navigation system development are proposed .关键词
