Abstract
Obj ectiev :To investigate the application and analysis of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of long bone fractures and biomechanical trauma.Methods:40 cases of limbs in our hospital from 2012 October -2013 year in October from pa-tients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bone as the object of study , all patients were using steel plate and screw fixation technique to be treated, and the effect was observed and biomechanics.Results:All patients were followed up, after 6 months of follow-up, 40 pa-tients healed damage location of fracture, no wound infection symptoms.Co nclusion: The clinical treatment of limbs long bone trauma fracture, the application of steel plate and screw fixation technique, obtained remarkable effect and good in application, the screw biome-chanics to a large extent related to the osteoblast growth and bone fixation, bone cell regeneration and blood supply, which attributes, met-al material clinical placement and forging process for its biomechanical properties and the effect of treatment with great influence.关键词
