规范化轮椅技能训练在截瘫患者康复中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of standard wheelchair skills training for the rehabilitation of patients with paraple-gia.Methods:from 2010 December to 2014 June,68 cases with paraplegia treated in Liaoning Rehabilitation Center for the disabled, were randomly divided into the control group(26 cases) and observation group(42 cases);Control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and observation group were treated by standardized wheelchair skills training on the basis of the conventional rehabilitation train-ing;Rehabilitation effect were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with pretherapy,MBI score and WST score were signifi-cantly improved in the two groups,P<0.05;And the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Standard wheelchair skills training for the rehabilitation of patients with paraplegia had shown remarkable effect, could significantly improve the ability of daily life, improve the quality of life of patients, might be worthy of ex-tensive promotion and application.关键词
