摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze metoprolol combined spironolactone in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure.Meth-ods:Selected from our hospital in August 2013 -August 2014 were dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure, 118 cases of merger, adopting digital chart method is divided into two groups, control group given conventional treatment, the team to give united spironolactone and metoprolol treatment, two groups of curative effect analysis.Results:HR, CO and SV, LVFS comparison had significant difference ( P<0.05);The total effective rate had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol combined spironolactone therapy could ef-fectively improve DCM heart failure.关键词
