中西医结合治疗急性胃肠功能障碍的疗效观察
Clinical observation on treatment of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for acute gas-trointestinal dysfunction.Methods:Acute gastrointestinal randomly selected from our hospital diagnosis function in 56 patients, and ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of patients were treated by conservative treatment, the control group were treated with simple western medicine treatment, the experimental group was given the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treat-ment, compared two groups of patients with the effect of the treatment and hospitalization time.Results:28 cases of experimental group patients, 21 cases were cured in 3 to 6 days, 5 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 92.86%, while the control group only 9 patients in 4 -8 days of recovery, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency of only 60.71%was significantly lower than the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).Conclusion:The method of diagnosis and treatment of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, western medicine treatment effect might be simple good, worthy of further application in clinical practice.关键词
