Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing in uterine fibroids with diabetes, to provide reference for clinical nursing in the future.Methods:select 2013 February -2014 year in August admitted 170 cases of uterine fibroids with diabe-tes patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, namely, the observation group and the control group, 85 cases in each group of patients.The patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing, the control group routine nursing care giv-en to patients, clinical nursing were compared between two groups.Results:After clinical nursing, the observation group was better than that of control group.In the satisfaction aspect, the patients in observation group were satisfactory in 55 cases (64.7%) , 26 cases in gen-eral (30.6%), 4 cases (4.7%) was not satisfied, satisfaction was 95.3%; the control group patients satisfactory in 41 cases (48. 2%), 20 cases in general (23.5%), and unsatisfactory in 24 cases (28.3%), degree of satisfaction 71.7%, group two the patient had a significant difference, P <0.05.On the other hand, the two groups of patients in the comparison of the clinical index, the patients in observation group were still better than those of the control group.Patients in the observation group the level of FBG was 5.3 +0.6mmol/L, complication probability was 2.4%, the time of anus exhaust time of hospitalization was 29 +10.1min, 12.1 +3.7d;patients in the control group FBG level was 7 +0.9mmol/L, complication probability was 7.1%, 41 +15.9min, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time was 19.3 +6.2d, two patients had a significant difference, P <0.05.Conclusion:uterine fibroids with diabetes might be a seri-ous condition, the patients in the process of treatment, easy to cause a variety of complications, it would be bring serious harm to the pa-tient's body.Therefore, in the treatment of the future, should implement comprehensive nursing of patients with positive, consolidate the treatment outcomes for patients at the same time, to avoid the disease worsening, continued to promote the rehabilitation of patients.关键词
