摘要

Abstract

Using the aggregate made in the gangue to replace the sand and gravel of the ordinary shotcrete, and at the same adding the new accelerator (Xiang membrane element) to improve the problem of insufifcient strength of concrete, after used the reasonable proportioning technologies, developed new mine gangue jet concrete materials. The influence of coal gangue substitution rate, pore size distribution and water cement ratio on the strength of shotcrete is studied by using the method of controlling variable method and field measurement. Through the comparison of experiments, it is considered that the new type of mine gangue shotcrete material can completely replace ordinary shotcrete materials..
