Abstract
Objective To establish an extraction technology of piperine from Piper nigrum L. Methods Based on e-valuation of piperine extraction yield,the extraction process was optimized. Results Based on the orthogonal experiment and actual production condition,the final selection process parameters were confirmed. Conclusion The method was simple and economic,which can extract most piperine at one time.关键词
