Abstract
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of Asarone Injection. Methods The sample was analyzed on a TR - 1 capillary column(30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 5 μm)with the column temperature at 160 ℃ . The detector was flame ionization detector(FID). Results There were good linearity between peak areas and con-centration of asarone within the range of 0. 100 4 ~ 5. 020 mg·mL - 1(r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery was 99. 1%(n =9)for asarone. Conclusion The method could be used for the determination of Asarone Injection. The gas chromatographic measurement was rapid,simple and reproducible and can be used as quality control for Asarone Injection.关键词
