摘要
Abstract
Objective To provided the scientific evidence for guiding rational drug use,the suspicious factors of ad-verse drug reactions(ADR)of Breviscapine for Injection. Methods By cluster sampling,2 886 integrated medical records used Breviscapine for Injection were investigated and the influential factors of ADR of Breviscapine for Injection were ana-lyzed by logistic regression multiplicity. Results Patients′ age,history of allergies,dosage,drug dripping speed were effect of the adverse reactions. Conclusion When using Breviscapine for Injection,we should bestrictly in accordance with the instructions of Breviscapine for Injection,to strengthen the drug monitoring,and to guide to patients,ensure the safety of clinical medication.关键词
