Comprehensive Recovery of Iron,Gold and Silver Form Roasting Gold Smelting Tailings
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive recovery of iron ,gold and silver from a roasting cyanide tailing was studied .The effects of sulfuric acid concentration ,leaching temperature and leaching time on leaching rate of iron were examined .The results indicate that the leaching rate of iron is 90 .85% under the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 10 .8 mol/L ,leaching temperature of 90 ℃ ,leaching time of 2 h and liquid to solid ratio of 2 .5 .The acid leaching residue was leached again using cyanide ,and the recoveries of Au and Ag are 72 .8% and 62 .4% ,respectively under the conditions of liquid to solid ratio of 3∶1 ,leaching time of 48 h ,system pH of about 11 and NaCN usage of 10 kg/t .关键词
