摘要

Abstract

Leaching of rare earths ,aluminum ,iron and silicon from catalyst sludge were studied . Hydrochloric acid concentration ,mass ratio of ore and acid ,temperature and time on leaching rate were examined .T he results indicate that the leaching of rare earths is 96% ,leaching of aluminum ,iron are 59% and 69 .8% ,respectively under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L ,mass ratio of ore and acid of 1∶9 ,and leaching time of 0 .5 hours .And then the rare earth oxalate with purity 99% can be prepared by oxalate precipitation .
