A Case Study on Quality and Safety Management of Vegetable Processing Enterprises in China-Taking the Taian Taishan Asia Foods Limited Company as an Example
摘要
Abstract
The quality and safety of vegetables are related to not only the health and safety of consumers but also the development of the whole enterprise and the income increase of farmers,and also the market com-petitiveness at home and abroad.As a leading processing enterprise of national agricultural products,Taian Taishan Asia Food Limited Company has been always focusing on the quality of vegetable products;over the years,its quality and safety management system has been improved.Taking it as an example,the key points of quality control and safety management were introduced from base management,process control and estab-lishment of quality traceability system in this paper in order to provide references for the other agribusiness companies in China.关键词
