乳品安全事件情境下城镇居民消费风险感知研究
Perception of consumption risk of Chinese urban residents to the dairy products
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the sustaining downturn puzzle of Chinese dairy products consumption,with the per-ception of consumption risk as an entry point,the paper deeply analyzed the main reason which caused the dairy products consumption of Chinese residents downturn.The results showed that the income elasticity of dairy prod-ucts consumption of Chinese town residents was still notable;the occurrence of dairy products safety incidents improved the perception of consumption risk,accordingly it covered the promotion of income to the dairy products consumption;the safety incident was the key factor which led the fall of dairy products consumption of town resi-dents in recent years,and the perception of consumption risk of lower income group was clearly higher than that of higher income group.关键词
