标准化人员专业能力评价体系研究
Research on Evaluation System of Standardization Professional Competency
摘要
Abstract
High-quality standardization talent team underlies the development of standardization, and "The Twelfth Five-Year Plan"of Standardization Development puts forward clearly to "establish a sound evaluation and selection mechanism of standardization talents". Based on the competence evaluation theory of McClelland and the practices of the evaluation of standardization professionals at home and abroad, this article proposes some primary ideas for the evaluation system of standardization professional competence, and gives suggestions to realize the virtuous circle for the construction of standardization human resources.关键词
