后腹腔镜下肾癌根治术和开放性肾癌根治术的效果以及对患者神经内分泌功能的影响∗
A comparative study of retroperitoneal laparoscopic and open nephrectomy on clinical effect and neuroendocrine function in patients with localized renal cell carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To compare clinical efficacy and neuroendocrine function of retroperitoneal laparo-scopic and open radical nephrectomy in patients with localized renal cell carcinoma.Method:38 patients with retro-peritoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and 31 patients with open radical nephrectomy were choosen and the a-mount of bleeding,the time of operation,extubation ,moving,feeding and hospital staying were determined to eval-uate the clinical efficacy.And ft4,ft3,Tsh,COR,ACTH were determined to evaluate neuroendocrine function. Results:The amount of bleeding,the time of extubation,moving,feeding and hospital staying were statistically difference (P <0.05).The change of ft3、COR、ACTH of patients with retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrec-tomy was significantly lower than that of another.Conclusion:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has an advantage in less blood loss and speedy recover,and it has less influence on neuroendocrine function,which is worth further promotion.关键词
