Abstract
As it is the first time to use extensively CRTS type Ⅲ pretensioned and prestressed concrete track slab on the ballastless track of Zheng ~Xu dedicated passenger railway, track slab precasting, installation fine adjustment, self compacting concrete construction technology, tooling equipment, construction efficiency and quality control need to be studies in detail. Before the construction of ballastless track, a construction site is visited. All technical parameters employed in the construction are proved in compliance with the technical specifications, and the plants and equipment meet the requirements of based on slab yard planning and construction, off-line process test, expert assessment and acceptance, application of BIM technical management.
