Simulation and economic evaluation of process for synthesizing dimethyl carbonate
摘要
Abstract
By simulating and optimizing the columns of the sythesis process of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) using Aspen Plus software, the optimum operation parameters were obtained and the profile of temperature and flow rate were analyzed, and based on which, the equipment investments and total annual costs of the synthesis process were analyzed by using aniline and ethylene glycol as extraction solvent, respectively. The results showed that using aniline as extraction solvent, the equipment investment could be saved by 25.46%and the total annual cost could reduce by 42.30%.关键词
