动态心电图检测微伏级T波电交替与冠心病的关系

Abstract
[Abstract ]Objective Aim To discuss coronary heart disease patients with microvolt T wave alternating changes.Method Choose 72 cases of hospitalized patients who were suspected coronary heart disease (CHD) and made coronary arteriography and holter in 2013, 10 to 2014, 12 in Inner Mongolia medical university first affiliated hospital of cardiology history.Normal coronary angiography or coronary stenosis < 50% for the control group,Confirmed by coronary angiography relevant coronary artery stenosis > 75% for lesion group,Pathological changes of which were angina and myocardial infarction group.Analysis of two groups of holter with BENEWARE,Compare microvolt T wave alternating positive detection rate.Result Control group MTWA positive rate was 66.6%, lesion group MTWA positive was 66.6%, There were no significant differences in group(P>0.05). Angina pectoris, myocardial infarction group and control group to have a MTWA positive was 66.6% respectively. There were no significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion Control group and esions group positive MTWA have no difference, so microvolt T wave alternating positive for X, Y, Z and VM of any lead or lead two adjacent chest Valt is greater than or equal to 7.6 uV detection method and positive MTWA standards remains to be determined.关键词
