Abstract
[Abstract ]Objective to explore the circadian rhythm change of blood pressure in essontial hypertension patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 128 cases of hypertensive patients in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014. were divided into concurrent group and the normal group with afrial fibritlation or without afrial fibritlation. 64 cases in each group. Concurrent group of were composed of hypertanzine patients with of. The normal group of patients with normal heart function,giving ambulatory blood pressure and Holter monitoring. To Compare the changes of ECG within 24 hours as well as circadian(Including daytime mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure at night and 24-hour mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure, etc.) between the two groups.Results Compared with the normal group, the 24h average diastolic blood pressure, mean daytime diastolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and daytime minimum minimum daytime systolic blood pressure were lower than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); While However 24h average systolic blood pressure, mean daytime systolic blood pressure, mean systolic blood pressure at night, the average diastolic blood pressure at night, daytime maximum diastolic blood pressure, daytime maximum systolic, dminimum iastolic and systolic blood pressure at night and systolic blood pressure of anti-dipper were no significant difference (P> 0.05);The largest nighttime systolic diastolic blood pressure, and the anti-dipper patients between two groups increased, significantly compered with normel group (P<0.05).Conclusions Primary hypertension patients with atrial fibrillation, day can lead to decreased blood pressure and night hypertension, and alsoced cause the decrease of HRV.关键词
