摘要
Abstract
Because of duplex stainless steel S32750 high strength,high hardness,so the tube expanding of S32750 for double tubesheet exchanger was difficulty.The inner tubesheet forgings changed from original design 16Mn Gr.Ⅲ to 20MnMoNb Gr.Ⅲ and the tubesheet hole groove structure changed from 3 -6 -3 to 8 -8 -8 and used hydraulic expansion the problem of high strength steel S32750 tube expanding was solved.关键词
