鸡枞菌的矿质元素分析
Study on Mineral Elements in Different Parts of the Wild Termitomyces Albuminosus from Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
The contents of elements such as Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Na,K,Ca,Mg and P etc were stud-ied by ICP -AES with wet digestion method in the Wild Termitomyces albuminosus from Yunnan.Results indicated that contents of K、Fe、Cu、Mg、Zn、Ca、P were higher in Wild Termitomyces albuminosus.MineraI elements Mg、K、Zn、P、S were the highest in pileus,which was 2 times higher than those in the stipes.The correlation coefficients for each ICP -AES detected element were all above 0.9983.Detection limits of these elements were less than 0.1 ug/ml.The relative standard deviations and recoveries of all elements deter-mined with ICP -AES were between 0.34% ~4.22% and 93.60% ~105.21% respectively.关键词
