Determination of sodium carbonate in laundry powder by potentiometric titration method
摘要
Abstract
The determination method and principle of sodium carbonate in laundry powder using potentio-metric titration was expounded. The influences of assistants in laundry powder on the measurement results of sodium carbonate were investigated. The results showed that sodium hydroxide had no effect on the measure-ment result of sodium carbonate. There was no effect when the mass ratios of zeolite 4A/sodium carbonate, sodium silicate/sodium carbonate and carboxymethyl cel ulose/sodium carbonate were lower than 1.2, 1.5 and 0.1, respectively. The existence of sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) would influence the titration result, which could be rectified by determining the amount of phosphate with colorimetric method. This method was further proved to be feasible by the recovery experiments of sodium carbonate in phosphate and phosphate- free laun-dry powder (the recovery ratios were 101%~102%).关键词
