摘要
Abstract
Pediatric patients due to the particularity of its physiological and psychological aspects,an only child,and the families of high expectations,zero tolerance,have higher requirements,higher risks,how to explore an ef ective and ef icient low-risk way,reducing risk factors to a minimum,so as to improve the nursing quality of pediatric patients,is an important task of nursing workers.I use for reference the experience of brothers unit,founded in September 2013 the pediatric care team,clear management responsibilities and work content of each nursing team training of nursing staf ,improve the quality of the business,the analysis of hospitalized patients with potential safety hazard,strengthen the consciousness of risk prevention and centesimal system zero defect assessment,improves the nursing quality,reduced the occur ence frequency of the nursing security incidents,to obtain good results.关键词
