摘要
Abstract
The new version of medical record front page plays a more and more important role in the statistics of clinical treatment and hospital quality management. It gives the hospital manager a problem that how to decrease ef ectively the vacancy and er ors of front pages. PDCA cycle is used in the quality management of medical record front page. By completely monitoring, analysis, valuation and persistent improvement on the key indicators, quality of the front page improves obviously, which, improves the quality of clinical management and sustainable development of hospital.关键词
