腹腔镜胆总管探查与开腹胆总管探查治疗胆总管结石疗效比较研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of laparoscopic technology treating choledocholith compared to traditional surgical operation.Methods 220 patients were randomly assigned toLaparoscopic group(110 cases)and traditional surgical operation group(110 cases).The cure rate,days of hospitalization,duration of abdominal pain and blood loss of both group were observed.Results The cure rate ofLaparoscopic group and traditional surgical operation group were 97.23%and 96.48%respectively.There was no significant dif erence of cure rate and postoperative complication incidence between 2 groups ( >0.05).The days of hospitalization,duration of abdominal pain and blood loss of Laparoscopic group were significantly lower than surgical operation group ( <0.05). Conclusion The ef icacy of Laparoscopic to treat choledocholith is equal to traditional surgical operation.But it has advantages in recovery duration,days of hospitalization,painless and blood loss.关键词
