Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of ER,PR,Her-2,COX-2 in EAC.Methods Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of ER,PR, Her-2,COX-2 in 20 cases of NE,20 cases of EIN,and 50 cases of EAC.Results ER and PR in the ne is highly expressed in the EAC expression and the pathological staging, lymph node metastasis, HER-2 in EAC positive expression rate was 75%. In EAC expression and the pathological staging and grading of the related ( <0.05), and ER, PR was negative cor elation. The positive expression rate of COX-2 was increased from NE to EIN and EAC (15%, 35%, 64%) ( <0.01), and the expression of and EAC was not related to the expression of ER and PR.Conclusion The expression of ER, PR, Her-2 and COX-2 were closely related to the development of EAC.关键词
