Abstract
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of paitients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection. Methods Retrospective analysis of perioperative clinical nursing data in 238 patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection in General Surgery of Liuzhou Railway Central Hospital and Gastrointestinal Surgery of Second Af iliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2008 to February 2013. Results Al of 238 cases of Laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection patients were successful y completed the surgery without significant complications, and with no one case underwent laparotomy. The mean operative time was 286min; mean intraoperative blood loss was 160ml; pain time is reduced with an average of 36h in patients, pain relief, early postoperative ambulation 3d ,the time of resume normal eating is 5 days compared with open surgery shortened, The average time of discharge is about 10 days .No recur ence and metastasis occur fol owing-up of 18 months .Conclusion By strengthening perioperative care, the length of hospital stay was ef ectively shortened, with pain relief and recovery quickly.关键词
