Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of dif erent methods of subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin on subcutaneous hemorrhage and pain. Methods 96 patients with unstable angina were selected. They were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group used traditional hypodermic injection. The experimental group used modified subcutaneous injection method. Results The incidence of subcutaneous bleeding and pain in experimental group were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The modified injection method can ef ectively reduce the incidence of local adverse reaction. This method increases the compliance of treatment.关键词
