摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the method and ef ect of set ing up the chief resident for students. Methods The questionnaire was paid to the graduatesand postgraduates. Results Students chief resident of graduateswith higher scores in clinical skil s than that of the unfinished graduates ( <0.05).For post graduates whochief resident rotation, clinical competence ability evaluation score was bet er than that of unfinished ( <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the chief resident for students in the hospital is conducive to the development of their careers, and it is advantageous to improve the clinical competence.关键词
