摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim was to optimize the ultrasonic extraction method of polysaccharide in Okra. Methods Selecting the extraction condition with an orthogonal experiment. Polysaccharide content, which as an indicator of the extraction condition, was determined by UV. Results The best condition for ultrasonic extraction:extraction time20min, extraction temperature 50℃, and the extracted proportion 1:40. Conclusion The method above was a economic and scientific extraction process.关键词
