Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy for abnormal uterine bleeding in perimenopausal women. Methods Randomly selected 360 cases of patients in the outpatient department from the people's Hospital of Pengshan District in January 2013 to December 2014 as research object, the patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonography, after hysteroscopy, pathological diagnosis as "gold standard", to compare the diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography and hysteroscopy. Results The results of pathological examination showed that 360 cases, endometrial polyps in 104 cases, accounting for 28.89%; endometrial hyperplasia in 88 cases, accounting for 24.44%; 50 cases of submucosal myoma of uterus, accounting for 13.89%;28 cases of endometrial cancer, accounting for 7.78%;no obvious space occupying lesions in 90 cases (42 cases of normal endometrium. In 36 cases, atrophic endometrium in 12 cases of endometritis), accounting for 25%. In endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma, there was no obvious lesions (normal endometrium atrophic endometrium, endometriosis, the diagnosis sensitivity), transvaginal ultrasonography were 77.3%, 57.1%, 82.2%, the sensitivity of hysteroscopy were 97.7%, 92.9%, 95.6%, two groups was statistical y significant dif erences ( <0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound can be used for clinical screening in perimenopausal women as the conventional method, hysteroscopy can be used in transvaginal ultrasound intrauterine abnormalities found or can not clear as an important means to further examination.关键词
