Abstract
Objective To investigate the ICU tracheal intubation in awake patients with psychological problems, formulate the cor esponding nursing interventions. Methods 68 cases of patients with tracheal intubation in awake patients car ying the psychological problems and nursing intervention. Results 68 cases ( except for 3 cases of critical y il death outside ) the remaining 65 cases were successful y weaning, and according to the normal procedure successful extubation. Conclusion In patients undergoing tracheal intubation during intubation of psychological problems, formulate and implement the cor esponding nursing intervention, reduce the unplanned extubation rate, improve the cure rate.关键词
