摘要
Abstract
Objective To shudy the chemical constituents of Ampelopsisgrossedentata.Methods On Vine tea and the progress of the study to col ect and col ate information on its composition and ef ective pharmacological ef ects,and ef ective components of the nature and adopt the system solvent and chromatography separation from their research.Results Through the compound from the color reaction,UV determination and identification of TLC,melting point determination,comprehensive structural analysis to determine the compoundⅠ,the structure of compoundsIIwere Myricetin and Ampeloptin.Conclusion For the extraction and purification of this paper pointed out the direction and to further its development into new drugs of Chinese medicine to provide adequate experimental basis.关键词
