Abstract
Objective Trabeculectomy with mitomycin C to explore the ef icacy of the treatment of glaucoma. Methods 64 cases in our hospital glaucoma patients for the study, randomized, control ed implementation trabeculectomy group, the experimental group and trabeculectomy with mitomycin C treatment. Two groups of patients for clinical ef icacy were observed and compared. Results ①Comparison of the clinical ef icacy of the two groups of patients:The total ef iciency of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the dif erence was significant, statistical y significant ( <0.05);②Comparing two groups of patients IOP:preoperative IOP similar groups of patients, no statistical y significant ( >0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients were improved intraocular pressure, the experimental group after one month and six-month IOP was significantly lower than the control group, the dif erence was significant, statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Trabeculectomy with mitomycin C for glaucoma treatment, ideal for ef icacy, safety and reliability, it is worth popularization and application.关键词
