Abstract
Objective To further the clinical significance of the pregnant women in labor coagulation four detection are analyzed and discussed.Methods In October 2012~October 2014 in our hospital during the period of delivery of 50 cases of pregnant women,as the study group,and in the same period in our hospital for inspection of 50 cases of healthy non pregnant women as the study of the control group,blood coagulation four tests on two groups,compared two groups of test results.Results The observation group prothrombin time (9.54±1.31)s,part activated clot ing time live enzymes (27.58±2.65)s,thrombin time (9.52±1.05)s,lower than the control group,but the observation group of fibrinogen is higher than the control group,has more obvious dif erences between the two groups ( <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The blood coagulation four test results of dif erent women,pregnant women in labor in high blood coagulation state,blood coagulation four tests to prevent postpartum complications,has very important significance in clinic.关键词
