Abstract
Objective Comparison of the clinical curative ef ect of automatic decocting machine and traditional Chinese medicine decocting method,provides the reference for the objective evaluation of automatic decocting medicine machine and traditional decocting method ef ect.Methods Select 56 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction for treatment,the control group using the traditional decocting method treatment drugs,the observation group with automatic decocting machine processing of medicinal herbs,two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks,and the leaching rate of drug clinical therapeutic ef ect.Results Traditional decocting method of leaching water soluble extract rate was (21.76±3.1)%;leaching automatic decocting machine rate was (17.72±3.6)%,the leaching rate of traditional decoction method is automatic decocting machine rate had significant dif erence( <0.05);the control group the total clinical ef ective rate was 96.4%,the observation group the total ef ective rate was 92.9%,the total ef ective rate of observation group than in the control group no significant dif erence ( >0.05).Conclusion Traditional decoction method extracting the water-soluble extractives was slightly higher than the automatic decocting machine,but no significant dif erences between the two kinds of decocting method has achieved in the clinical treatment ef ect,reached above 90%,and the automatic decocting machine has the advantages of convenient,energy saving,high ef iciency.关键词
