Abstract
Objective To investigate the polymer gel pad in the art of the role of prevention of pressure ulcers. Methods Select 60 cases of our hospital orthopaedic spinal posterior prone position surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group 30 cases each. Used by polymer gel pad; The control group using traditional sponge pad. Statistical analysis using statistical method, comparing two positions mat placed position time, postoperative skin pressure, intraoperative bleeding, surgery doctor evaluation, the application of two kinds of postures pad eye, humeral back muscle postoperatively in patients with comfort. Results The experimental group than the control group position placement time is short, less intraoperative bleeding, less compression pressure rate of red skin, the patient's comfort is strong, the application ef ect of surgery doctors for the gel pad evaluation significantly higher with sponge cushion. Conclusion Polymer gel pad application and prone position spinal surgery, can ef ectively shorten the position put time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, avoid the occur ence of pressure ulcers, to protect the safety of patients, improve the nursing quality of operating room.关键词
