Abstract
Objective To analyze and study the unsafe factors analysis of the application ef ect in the nursing of neonatal care. Methods From 2012 October to 2014 December 108 cases of newborns hospitalized, according to its parity digital method were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 54 cases of neonatal. The control group was given conventional nursing; the observation group based on routine nursing plus analysis using unsafe factors, and according to the results of analysis to formulate the cor esponding nursing measures implemented in neonatal care, compared two groups of children with nursing ef ect. Results The two groups of children with no security incidents and nursing dispute rate compared:the observation group were lower than the control group <0.05. Conclusion The unsafe factor analysis applied in neonatal nursing, which can reduce the incidence of neonatal unsafe events, avoid or reduce nurse patient disputes, have an important role to improve the clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing work.关键词
