Abstract
Objective To research value of microbiological testing in the hospital infection. Methods 120 patients from our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group,each was 60. The microbial inspections of the experimental group (60 cases), and on the basis of the results give the cor esponding drug treatment, the control group (60 cases) for regular treatment. After treatment for a period of time of two groups of patients with microbial infection control ef ects are compared.Results Experimental group at the infection rate was 6.7% (4/60), the control infection rate was 20%(12/20), compared with significant statistical dif erences ( <0.05). In addition to the team the degree of infection is also significantly bet er than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Microbial inspection in the prevention and control hospital infection, improve the rationality of antibiotic use and improve the quality of survival has important guiding significance, is worth promoting clinical y.关键词
