摘要
Abstract
In a joint sorting out and rectification campaign over the animal clinic institutions by Yantai and Zhaoyuan Animal Health Supervision Institutes,an illegal animal clinic case was investigated in Zhaoyuan. According to the rel-evant provisions in《The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Animal Epidemic Prevention》,the litigant was ordered to stop illegal clinic activities,10 000 yuan was fined and the illegal income 3 200 yuan was confiscated. Pro-posals were put forward including strict law-enforcement and public awareness.关键词
